Individual Counselling & Psychotherapy

Individual therapy offers a confidential and supportive space for you to explore your thoughts, emotions, behaviours, and life experiences at your own pace. Whether you're navigating anxiety, low mood, life transitions, trauma, relationship patterns, or a sense of being stuck, therapy helps make sense of your inner world.

This one-on-one process can support emotional regulation, build insight, and gently reconnect you with parts of yourself that may feel lost or silenced.

Therapy isn’t only for difficult times it can also be a space to reflect, grow, and reconnect with who you are becoming.

Employee Assistance Programs (EAP)

We help organisations create supportive, empathetic workplaces where both people and performance thrive. We help your teams think creatively, become more solution-oriented, and grow in boldness and confidence. We guide leaders to lead with vision, and nurture self-aware, compassionate leadership.

We also equip staff with practical ways to manage stress and cultivate resilience in high pressure environments. In addition, we offer one-to-one support for personal wellbeing and self-discovery, customised to your organisation’s needs.

Community Well-being Workshops

We design and facilitate interactive group therapy and workshops that nurture emotional health, connection, and creativity within community spaces including schools, colleges, NGOs, and support groups. These sessions focus on strengthening emotional literacy, social skills, and personal resilience through a blend of Social Emotional Learning (SEL), Creative Arts Therapy (CAT), and Dance Movement Therapy (DMT).

We aim at creating a safe and engaging environment where participants of all ages can explore feelings, identities, and relationships through movement, storytelling, reflection, and creative expression. Whether through art, movement, role-play, or dialogue, our sessions encourage participants to connect with themselves and others in ways that are accessible, meaningful, and embodied.

These workshops are suitable for children, adolescents, caregivers, educators, and community workers and can be customised based on age, need, and context.
