Juvena is a Person-Centred Psychotherapist (MBACP, UK) with experience of working with student communities and adults. She has supported individuals from different settings, including Employee Assistance Programmes (EAP), universities, hospitals, and old age homes, gaining enriching experience in both the UK and India.

She believes that every individual holds the innate capacity to heal and grow in their own unique way. Her practice is grounded in empathy, authenticity, and unconditional positive regard, offering a space where clients feel heard, accepted, and supported. Juvena recognises how distress, grief, and trauma can create distance from oneself and others, and views therapy as an opportunity to gently restore connection, clarity, and self-trust.

Her work focuses on adults navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, and relationship challenges, alongside those experiencing abuse, addiction, psycho-somatic issues, or chronic illness. She also integrates mind-body techniques from Dance and Movement Therapy to help clients reconnect with their body’s wisdom. With a commitment to trauma-awareness, cultural humility, and queer-affirmative care, Juvena honours the whole person beyond labels trusting in the therapeutic relationship itself as a catalyst for healing and meaningful change.
